By accessing or using CustomPrintHub ("the Platform"), placing an order, or submitting an inquiry, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and corporate clients.

CustomPrintHub provides custom printing and branding services including but not limited to: printed apparel (t-shirts, hoodies), promotional merchandise (mugs, bottles, diaries, keychains), mobile covers, and corporate gifting solutions. All products are custom-manufactured to order and are non-returnable unless defective.

All orders are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or an approved purchase order (for corporate accounts). Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to revise pricing without prior notice. Bulk pricing tiers are applied automatically based on order quantity at the time of checkout.

You are solely responsible for the content, accuracy, and legality of any artwork, logos, or designs you submit. By submitting artwork, you confirm that you own or have the necessary rights and licences to use the design for commercial printing. CustomPrintHub will not be held liable for any intellectual property infringement arising from customer-submitted artwork. We reserve the right to refuse orders containing offensive, illegal, or infringing content.

A digital proof will be provided for all orders before production begins. Production commences only after you provide written approval of the proof. Once approved, no changes can be made to the design. CustomPrintHub is not responsible for errors (spelling, colour, layout) that were present in the approved proof. Colour representation on screen may vary slightly from the final printed product due to differences in display calibration and printing substrates.

Standard turnaround is 48–72 hours from design approval. Turnaround times are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays may occur due to high order volumes, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control. Urgent orders may be accommodated subject to availability and an express surcharge.

We offer pan-India delivery via reputable courier partners. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination. Free shipping is available on orders above ₹5,000. Delivery timelines are 3–7 business days after dispatch. CustomPrintHub is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, incorrect delivery addresses, or force majeure events. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon handover to the courier.

As all products are custom-manufactured to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds except in the following cases: (a) the product received is materially different from the approved proof; (b) the product is damaged or defective upon delivery. Claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Approved claims will be resolved by reprinting the affected units or issuing a store credit. Order cancellations are accepted only before design approval. Once production has commenced, cancellations are not possible.

All content on the CustomPrintHub platform — including logos, product images, website design, and copy — is the intellectual property of CustomPrintHub and may not be reproduced without written permission. Customer artwork remains the property of the customer. By submitting artwork, you grant CustomPrintHub a limited licence to use it solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CustomPrintHub's total liability for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.

We collect and process personal data (name, email, phone, address) solely for the purpose of fulfilling orders and communicating with you about your account. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties except as required to fulfil your order (e.g., courier partners). By using our services, you consent to this use of your data in accordance with applicable Indian data protection laws.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra. We encourage customers to contact us at [email protected] before initiating any formal proceedings, as most issues can be resolved amicably.

CustomPrintHub reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
